2009 - What’s Up With FQ?

We had a marvelous year in 2009 making 43 appearances in MN, ND, IA, WI, and SD from March thru December. Fortunately, we did not have to cancel any concerts because of illness, or even struggle with our voices. PRAISE THE LORD! We look forward to 2010 as we have several confirmed concerts and others in the planning stages. We have no plans for personnel changes as we all look forward to the coming year. Many groups have had to make changes, but, the Lord willing, we will still be the same voices sharing the same GREAT GOSPEL MESSAGE.

For several years, the Quartet has taken a trip to Arizona presenting concerts late in January. Last year we had 11 appearances in 8 days, which was quite a schedule for “old guys.” We were well received and felt we had a good ministry, but, for several reasons, we felt it was time for a break. We have decided NOT to do this tour this year, in spite of the fact we had invitations to fill up the week. We’re hoping we’ll be able to include Arizona in our 2011 planning.
